The same disciplined path on every engagement — so you always know what happens next, and the data shows up exactly as promised.
- Step 01
Discovery
Needs & feasibility
A quick 15-minute call to define your goals, confirm the location, and gather any existing data. We evaluate FAA airspace restrictions and file for any required waivers.
- Step 02
Planning
Flight & project plan
We set the flight schedule and hold a kickoff call. A UAS Operations Document notifies nearby residents, the scope and deliverables are locked, and you get a proposal and quote.
- Step 03
Flight
Capture day
We confirm mission details, check weather, and open a comms channel. The pilot checks in on arrival, sets up a safe operating area, flies the mission, and reviews the data on-site.
- Step 04
Review
Deliver & review
We review the data together on a screenshare. After final payment we securely transfer the files and handle upload, sorting, and analysis — with an internal QA pass against our standards.
