What we collect

The only information this site asks for is what you type into the quote form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you need, the scope details for that service, your project timeline, and any notes you choose to add. Nothing on this site asks for payment details, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information.

Our servers briefly use your IP address to rate-limit form submissions so the form cannot be used for spam. That check happens in memory and the address is not written to a database or included in the email we receive.

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and understand which pages people find useful. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites.

Why we collect it

We use what you submit for one purpose: to understand your project, prepare a quote, and reply to you. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your asking.

Who else handles it

Delivering a quote request necessarily involves a few service providers, each of which processes your information only to provide their service to us:

• Vercel — hosts this website and serves the pages you are reading.
• Resend — delivers your quote request to us by email.
• Google Workspace — hosts the inbox that receives it.

How long we keep it

Your quote request arrives as an email and stays in our inbox as part of our ordinary business correspondence. Resend retains delivery logs for 30 days. If you would like us to delete your enquiry, email us and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
